Today's Storylines
On Sunday, the Washington Mystics defeated the Tulsa Shock 84-61 to end a five-game losing-streak. The win was the team's largest margin of victory in nearly three years.

It was a balanced effort for the Mystics (5-6), as all five of their starters scored at least nine points. Washington outrebounded the Shock 48-29 on the night, as Monique Currie, Crystal Langhorne, and Michelle Snow each grabbed eight apiece.

The Mystics limited Tulsa's (3-10) scoring opportunities throughout the game, limiting the visitors to 24.3% shooting from the field throughout the game.

With the victory, Mike Thibault tied Van Chancellor's WNBA record for all-time coaching wins with 211. He will look to pass the former Houston Comets head coach when the Mystics host the Seattle Storm on Saturday night.
