On Sunday, the Washington Mystics defeated the Tulsa Shock 84-61 to end a five-game losing-streak. The win was the team's largest margin of victory in nearly three years.
It was a balanced effort for the Mystics (5-6), as all five of their
starters scored at least nine points. Washington outrebounded the Shock 48-29
on the night, as Monique Currie, Crystal Langhorne, and Michelle Snow each
grabbed eight apiece.
